For anime, I recommend Ouran High School Host Club. It made me laugh all the way through and weep at the end!
For manga, I've recently finished Beauty Pop which I loved... very innocent, but so fun at the same time. Hana Kimi is great.
If you want something not so girly, I strongly recommend Katekyo Hitman Reborn! Brilliant drawing and such a fantastic plotline. Romance, the feel-good factor, intense action, excellent character development. The only criticism I have is that it's a bit slow at the beginning - but persevere, and things very quickly get legendary - and oh, how legendary it gets

My fav has to be Fushigi Yugi, it was the 1st manga I got the complete collection of, ok I'm a hopeless romantic.
Come on! what girl doesn't wish to have a drop dead gorgeous guy protecting her from everything, but still have time to have a laugh and charming at the same time hmmm

Rebirth - for the art, the well thought out story, and the new twist on vampires
Tail of the Moon - for the art, the historical setting, and the complicated storyline
Blank Slate - the art is good, but I love the dark and violent characters
Crimson Spell - love the art, and the fantasy storyline
Genju no Seiza - for the art, and the Hindu themes blended into the storyline

I like Death Note because i like super smart people like L.
but i also like Naruto... so it is Deatrh Note and Naruto i guess

hi. I would vote for Prince of Tennis any time. I don't know, but the boys really get to me. Besides that, the action is just awesome. I've never experienced tennis like that in my life!!!

Hm, that's a tough question. For Manga, I really enjoyed Genshiken, Patches, and Fruits Basket. Patches is a cool webcomic, but volume 1 is for sale now. When I think about anime, two things pop out majorly for me, Evangelion and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. I don't think I could pick just one thing as my all time favorite.

I would highly recomend Vampire Knight. (Anime & Manga) The characters are very beautifully crafted and leaves you dying for more. (The Manga is still on-going. However, there is no confirmed news for a season 3 in the Anime.) And personally; I am a die-hard Zero fangirl, and there's nothing anyone could ever do to change that.

My favorite mangas would be

YuYu Hakusho, because it's the first one I ever read and I loved the characters.
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, because the artwork is a unique style and it has tons of action in it.
D. Gray Man, I like the story and the fight scenes.
