Not trying to sound like a jerk, nor am I trying to offend you in any way but, this post is pretty ridiculous. I'm on the same boat as you actually, and need a manga artist to help me with my story- but the difference is I would put more effort into the post. In my opinion, revise this post and improve it.
How to Revise:
1. Type with little to no grammatical errors.
- This would give off the impression of [you] actually being able to write.
- The illustrator to see what kind of writing style you have.
- Gives you [more] practice in the writing field in general.
2. Provide information. [Not too little / Not too much]
- This would give people who actually check this thread, something to think about, and maybe even be interested in.
- Don't cut corners, if you give too little information the readers / illustrators would think that you're not committed. They [might] also think that you don't know where you're story is headed, and quickly lose interest.
- Don't give the life story, make a quick "overview" of the story and stick with that. The trick is to intrigue the readers /illustrators with that overview, and if they seem genuinely interested- that's when you can expand and explain further. Giving off too much information can lose interest, keep that in mind. The sad truth is, no one likes to read paragraphs, and paragraphs of text. Keep it simple, concise, and to interesting.
-If your story is gold, and is captivating- the likelihood of it being STOLEN, is pretty high. The internet is not safe, keep your story's overview short- that is unless you already have everything legally copyrighted.

With that said, I only have some final comments: If you're really interested in doing this "project" of yours, you need to commit. Half-assing something like this would only give you a bad reputation, and a bad development of work ethic. You got to understand that if you just stop "feeling like it", you're not the only person that will get affected. Your partner who is drawing your story will indefinitely be affected, and furthermore will crash and burn. That's selfish, immature, and stupid. Commitment is a MUST [for both parties] if you're thinking of doing this.
Those are my thoughts, like I said; I'm in the same boat.
I'll post some time for my request, and maybe you can pick up a thing or two.
But, this is only MY PERSONAL OPINION, so feel free to disregard or take heed of any information thereof.
