Here's something, which maybe useful for promoting your albums.

For all the registered users, when you signed in and review artworks in user gallery, notice there's a little icon over the upper left corner, shaped like an envelop?
When you mouse over it, shows "send this file as a e-card". Click it and you can send this image as a e-card to your friends, it works JUST LIKE AN E-CARD!

The person received the card can see the image, picture description, your message, and a link of "View More Pictures!", which leads to the home page of MangaPug. Pretty cool!

My suggestion is:

When sending the e-card, in the message area put the link of your album (use the URL address of your profile page, usually as member/YOUR_USER-NAME/. See how I entered it in sample image), and invitation for he or she to check our your album.

- Make sure use your most inviting artworks, it is like a cover of a book ^^
- If using somebody else' work, make sure you give the credit to the artist.
- Make sure you are registered!!! Only registered users get to see the little icon for sending the card.


I am hoping the admin can do something about this link of "View More Pictures!", instead of linking to the front page, wouldn't it be so much better if it just links to your own album? Well, I don't know how difficult it is to fix this, but if it can be done would be so cool!

Further tip:
[url] can be used in the message when sending the e-card.
Preview your e-card, make sure the link to your own album is working before send it out.
